Our set up package is for couples who have planned and styled their wedding themselves, but need experienced hands on the day to execute the vision, allowing them to enjoy the lead up to their wedding with friends and family. We can provide this service at any venue – hotels, marquees, wedding venues or private homes.

Our Wedding Set Up Package.

Our wedding set up service includes (but is not limited to) the set up of:

Tableware, furniture, glassware, placenames, menus, linen/napkins, props, signage, lawn games, candles / basic lighting.

Pricing starts from $600 NZD and can include packdown, POA.

The following is included and offered as part of our wedding set up service:

One or two wedding set up crew, for up to 4 hours on the day
One virtual or in person consultation
Email and phone support
Up to 100 guests
Mileage (within Tauranga)
Set up at one venue

Right from the onset of initial discussions and then later confirming a colour palette and mood board we had total confidence that Shaye and her team would put together something beautiful.Not at any stage did we have any doubts that the ideas that my daughter and I discussed would be reflected in the beautiful job that seems to consistently be done by On My Hand.

Your ability to take my jumbled ideas, call it a brief, go forward and deliver so much more than I could have imagined. Everything on the day was stunning but in particular the bouquet blew me away as you could probably tell. I wasn’t really able to verbalise on the day but that bouquet became some much more in that moment. Either by pure luck or intent on your behalf, it was a perfect nod to everything important, heritage, loved ones passed, the mountains and ocean where we spend so much time, the gardens I was surrounded by growing up, my profession with health and food, what and how I love, it was all there. That bouquet became so much more an expression of self and it wasn’t until the day I appreciated how lovely it was to have that with me as Dave and I embark on the next chapter. If only we could hand bouquets over whenever someone asks us to tell them a little bit about ourselves right!. In all seriousness, you create things of absolute beauty and it is a wonderful gift, Thank you so much for being a part of our day!
