WEDDING | Hannah + Reuben

Hannah and Reuben booked our Ataahua Winter Wedding package, then customised it to ensure we created the wedding they’d always wanted. Working together, we started with the package basics, then added extras to create a unique look and feel for this pair.

Hannah gave us that perfect mix of a white and green florals, but with a healthy dose of creative freedom. We created a romantic, classic feel – the perfect look for Ataahua garden venue.

Hannah wanted gypsophila and white roses – so we used fully blown white roses alongside the gyp, with white stock, misty and scented freesias.

Large aisle gardens were also added on to the package – with a brief that they be full and run the whole way down the aisle, in a white and green palette. We used the same florals as the bouquets, but added in mānuka, camellia, magnolia and erica foliage. We later transferred these to the bridal table, rearranging them slightly, so they sat in more of a garland on the table itself.

We also created a ceremony install that was different to the standard Ataahua fireplace piece. Hannah left us to dream this one up – which we always love. We created a “gyp cloud” which was later transferred to hang behind the bridal table for the reception, creating a phenomenal backdrop for the evening (and photos).

Hannah and Reuben’s wedding was a great example of how our wedding packages can be a great starting point to create something spectacular. It ticks off the basics, so you can then focus on the more creative elements of your florals and styling.
