Where to start with how much fun we had with Hayley and Carl? Being given a brief of just greenery is something we’ve never had before, and considering it’s now the Panetone 17 colour of the year it was rather fitting! The wedding took place at Ataahua garden venue, so the greenery brief certainly suited well to it’s surroundings at this time of year.
The aisle chairs were adorned with varieties of greenery, the fireplace garland was full, bushy and textural made up from the goodness of ferns, macrocarpa, miro and maple. Hayley has a South African background and wanted succulents used throughout to bring a little piece of her family into the florals. Scroll down to see our welcome sign, seating plan and the backs of the bride and grooms chairs.
Hayley and her bridesmaids bouquets were all made of mixed greenery, and it was their dog that had the special honour of some roses in the floral collar.
Thanks so much for having us Hayley and Carl – such fun being a part of your day! x
