Q | Do I need to bring anything to the workshop?
A | No! We will supply everything you need for your chosen workshop. We will also provide non-alcoholic drinks and nibbles.

Q | Do you offer refunds?
A | We do offer refunds for the workshops, within the time frames. For our spring workshops we can refund up to 3 weeks out from the workshop. For our christmas workshops, we can refund up to 4 weeks out. This is because we have to order the supplies for the workshops in advance.

Q | If I can’t make the workshop date anymore, am I able to transfer my place in the workshop to another workshop that is coming up.
A | If we are able to fill your spot in the workshop (we are happy to put a shout out on social media) you will be able to transfer to another workshop, however if we are unable to find someone to take your place unfortunately you are forfeiting your spot. This is because we purchase the supplies that we need for our workshops weeks in advance. Please note that each workshop is unique and priced differently, so if you wish to transfer to another workshop you may be required to pay more.

Q | If I am unable to make the workshop, am I able to transfer to a friend?
A | Yes! You are able to transfer your spot to a friend. Please send an email to [email protected] with the name and contact details (phone number, email) of the person who will be taking your spot.

Q | Can I bring my children along?
A | If you have a baby who is unable to crawl or walk yet, then you are more than welcome to bring them along. We do not typically allow children aged between 1-7 years old in our studio purely because we have poisonous substances, sharp and small objects and it is not a safe environment for children. We are happy though to leave this to your discretion.

Q | How do I get to your studio?
A | We are located at 127 Second Avenue, Tauranga. You will need to find parking on Second Avenue (there should be an abundance) and walk down Westaby Lane. The first driveway on the left is where you will find our studio. You will see “On My Hand” signage above the door. If you do get lost or can’t find us, please call Shaye on 0210421723.
